That sounded like a STORE level problem. I have had no problems what so ever and everytime I was told I get more money it was a done deal. I am not a cheerleader for them or anything, but I do know that money situations come from your Store Manager and District manager, which I had/have a good relationship. I don't kiss ass, I just show and prove on PAPER. I am good at what I do and I take pride in whatever I do. You really have to know how to get what you want (and thats in life too) and go for it.Originally Posted by luthi
I did it by going to help at other stores. Many of them being out of my way, BUT each time I would go I would negotiate a raise. Then there's like a cap (they don't tell you about it) on what positions make what. Meaning, you can't be a fulltime reg. employee making $11/hr. You would need to step up to the next level.
