    Default Insurance companys

Well, finally got my 93 civic done (drivable anyway) and i called around to get insurance qoutes. All three qoutes for LIABILITY ONLY ran between 213.xx and 228.xx. I have only had one ticket and i plead no lo to that. The lady i got the 213.xx from said minus ticket, i would still be 190ish a MONTH. FOR LIABILTY. WHAT THE HELL!!

So my question is Does anybody on here know where there is a cheap insurance company?? ive checked progressive and all the prices ive EVER gotten there were generally 40-50 higher than when i walked in to get it.

Also, what is the percentages that drivers ed and good grades drop. Ive heard 10-20% for each but IDK...i never notice on my insurance payment wether they have given me the discounts or not

    Thanks
