1. Fear, make people affraid, example, terrorist attacks, notice every politician says terrorism at least 20 times in 5mins. this is how bush signed the patriot act which strips us of a lot of rights. 2. in the old days i would say religion, one man who can talk to the gods, nobody challenges in fear of their lives, FEAR. Just think, nobody wants to do anything about our world, and if we tried we would be dead. don't be suprised if we see another terrorist attack right before the elections. maybe 2wk to a month.
