I certainly wouldn't want my car used as a model for a knockoff cheap ass bodykit without knowing it. Not really a big deal per say, but if you don't agree with what's going on, especially without compensation or sponsorship or even KNOWING about it, I think you should have a right not to have your car used.

Its perfectly legal to do everything you just said about using a car for advertisement.

But what makes this situation illegal is the fact that Nittany took the photo, thats the diffrence that makes it illegal. I can come to a show, take a pic of your ride and sell cheap body kits with it all day long, and its perfectly legal. Now on the other hand, if I saw a photo that you took and posted online, then used that photo in my bussiness of selling cheap body kits, then that is illegal.
