    Its perfectly legal to do everything you just said about using a car for advertisement.

    But what makes this situation illegal is the fact that Nittany took the photo, thats the diffrence that makes it illegal. I can come to a show, take a pic of your ride and sell cheap body kits with it all day long, and its perfectly legal. Now on the other hand, if I saw a photo that you took and posted online, then used that photo in my bussiness of selling cheap body kits, then that is illegal.

    I never said if it was legal or not, I don't know the laws. My point was that he didn't like it and wants to do something about it.
