why waste your time? property cannot be used in advertisements for commercial gain. this is just stating your car has a product though. if they put "bobs plumbing" on the side of your car and used it for an ad, then you have an issue since you dont like bobs plumbing, etc... i think you see this as a way of making money, and its just not going to happen. in theory you could sue, but the picture has been altered and you will have to prove some sort of harm to your brand or your well being. if you had a jdm kit and was a uber drifter or something, you could sue them for saying you had an erebuni kit. but, thatd be a stretch too.

but, like a few people have said...be happy they picked your car.
