    I'm curious as to why she is still allowed to run. Being arrested for assault, especially when it happened while she was still in office, seems reason enough to disqualify her.

    No, but this shit is not new though. When you don't take control of a situation from the start, there is nothing you can really do later on. good example - illegals from mexico
