Why would he be? He fought against the communists when they tried to invade Afghanistan although I really wouldnt be surprised if N Korea has any ties to terrorists

I see N Korea as the weak kid at the playground that doesnt get enough respect from the rest of the kids so he shows up to school with a gun and shoots the place up. They're a very weak 3rd world country but still have the capability to do some harm.
