Base pay I would figure around $8-9 depending on if you're a douchebag or not.
We don't really work on commission, but there is a bonus every month based on sales. With the racing seasons coming up, sales are picking up fast! I hope nobody gets hired for a few weeks so I don't have to split the bonus with anyone.Then again, I am posting this to help the business.
