Ever gotten away with that? Normally they'll ask for you to put them up if they see the rest of the windows being dark...i always tried to keep my sunroof open whenever i saw an officer, got pulled over for the tint many times but was never given a ticket until i got in roadblock specifically for tint and child safety seats.

i left my sunfoof untinted so i can ride with it open or open it when i see a cop
it makes a pretty big difference in the darkness of the tint

my all windows do not roll down only the front ones and that rull only works for trucks and suv's. on cars all the windows have to be legal. so ur not fooling the cops. unless u have 35 on all ur windows and darker on the front ones.
