For retirement? 401k, IRA, Savings, whatever how much?

I wont lie I have about $12k saved and I'm 25.. I made the dumb ass decision to take out $5k about 2 years ago otherwise I know I'd have around $20k-$25k. About $12k in my pension as well but I dont consider that in my finances since companies seem to be taking those away lately.
