I have my Re license as well. I do land acquisition. (Buying several small pieces, and making them a large piece to develop...) I generally get land for residential development. There can be alot of $ in it. Especially when the commission rates in undeveloped vs typical developed residential can be an extra 3%. AND developers know what they want, so they dont waste your time. I sold a $775,000 piece last week by showing the developer a topographical map, and a few tax records. Never stepped foot on the land.
