I need someone to do some basic landscaping work at my house.
  • mow the grass
  • rack the leaves
  • occassionally plant a bush
  • spread pine straw
Person has to be able to drive (to get here, pick up items if needed), and must have their own mower, rack, pruners, etc. They also need to be able to commit to keeping up with it (i.e - mow the grass every 2-3 weeks).

I need someone to do basic mechanical work on old domestics (2 of them).
  • engine swap on 1
  • change fluids, gear lube
  • change batteries (a lot of them)
  • change carbs and tune the new ones
  • drain gas and change
Person needs adequate transportation, and his own tools. Both vehicles involve old Chevy V8s. This is a mobile mechanic job, cars will not be moved to a shop, so no PMs of "tow it to my shop". One car is probably a 1-2 day job, the other is probably 2-3 days.
