Other countries are actually quite helpful for companies. They way they see it, I'm bringing jobs to their country.
In fact, China offers extreme tax breaks for having 10, 20, 30 Chinese employees. They have so many people and not enough jobs.

Small companies in the US that need development dont have enough money to get it done in the US.

Its a win win situation.
but why dont they base the company in china if they are goin to employ chinese citizens?
