how is it racism? if a company is going to be based in the united states it should not go elsewhere to hire cheaper work. the company is based here because of the laws that benefit them that they could not get in say, India

and tell me how its a simple thought and how from one statement you assume i have a simple mind? dont think so high of yourself.
the companies are using our country as a headquarters and abiide by our laws because they dont want to abide by the ones in the 'non-free' world.
"Oh it puts people out of jobs"... Boo fuckin hoo! You shouldn’t have been making 175k a year in the first place. Of course someone is going to do it cheaper. If you want to survive you have to be competitive and that includes pricing.
ok 175k is rediculous but a lot of people who lose their jobs due to outsourcing arent making 175k. the reason the foreigners will take the job at such a low rate is because their cost of living is much lower than the US
