U forget that alot of compaines in the 80's and 90's looked over minorities for employement b/c of thier race. It stills happens today, but not as much as in the 80's and 90's. I dont know why ppl make such a big deal about AA, u ppl must think that every company goes by this. Its a system to me, that makes a company open its eyes if they are not hiring any minorities.
