Default How thankful are you as a person?

For the things you have in life?

A Good family, Education, Great children, a House or simply a roof over your head, Health, Friends, a Good Job or career, accomplishment just simply the ability to make your own decisions freely.

I think people get caught up in the superficial rat race and tend to forget that they are already "well off!"

I think that people just need to sit down for a minute and embrace the things that they alread have. If you can't really think of anything your mind might be clouded, try looking deeper! It's so easy to get caught up which will easily cause you to forget.

It's been proven that money isn't everything! Don't get me wrong money can help out big but if your foundation is weak, it'll do nothing for you.

I agree 100%. I could not be more happy with anything more than I have. I have a great job, a house with no payments, a great soon to be wife, a family that is always there for me and great friends that will help when ever I need it. Life is good.

I was just thinking about this today, I was supposed to set up DSL for a customer last friday but he had to reschedule today. My first visit his wife was in the bed sick with a nurse there, today he told me that she passed away a couple of days ago.

I could see he was struggling just to hold it together, they were an older couple probably in their late 60's and from the pictures I saw they looked like they had been together since they were in their 20's, he literally did not know what he was going to do. Just looking at the pictures really put a lot into perspective for me about the things that really matter in life and how quickly that can come and go, its all kind of strange I guess.

And to add to my post more.
If I am breathing life is good. I am too blessed not to be thankful for everything that has been given to me in this life.
