Who is still in this job market and how is it going?? Thinking about doing this part time...

I know 3 ppl who are in it and its horrible from what i am told...
This is definitely NOT the time to be starting out. The only people that are making any money in this market are the very experienced people with all of the right connections.
EDIT: The only way to make it work is to get on with a VERY established office that will let you work with someone while you learn the trade.
i was thinking it was the best time since most agents are leaving the seen yet there's still so many buyers. It isnt really expensive for the school and lic. and how hard can it be...research the home and the area before you show the property and your pretty much set isnt??
