So, I am moving here in about 3-4 weeks. The house is a rental, my currently neighbor rents out houses, and I decided to rent from him this time.

The current tenants move-out date is August 1. However, they would rather move out sooner because they can't afford the house anymore and would be able to pay less.


The house is pretty big. Its split into two separate units. The down stairs, and the upstairs. The down stairs, two mid 20s aged girls live there, one works 3 jobs, one works 2 jobs. They don't park in the driveway, not even in front of the house, they have their own entrance, you never see them. The stair case between the two is blocked off, they have their own kitchen and water heater.


The upstairs, which what I will be renting is 4 bedroom, 3 bath. All 4 bedrooms on the top floor. My girl and I will take the master, we are renting out the bonus room which is bigger than the master. You will have your own bathroom, its not attached but I will have the master bath so you won't be sharing a bathroom. The other two bedrooms I was going to make an office out of one, and an extra bedroom in the other with 2 bunk beds I have. It has a flat driveway for low cars and a 2 car garage with extra storage space.

The house is an Acworth address, but is borders Kennesaw. Its maybe 5-6 minutes from KSU. The neighborhood is off Bells Ferry, about a 1/2 mile before the 92 intersection (going north on bells ferry).



This would not be a party house, but I don't mind having fun. I have lived in a party house for awhile and I'm very done with that living situation. I do drink, I don't smoke. If you smoke, I don't care but obviously not inside. I will be going to school full time and working, so will my girl. This would be a really nice situation if you are in the same life status.


I have a big LCD TV, couches, kitchen stuff, planning on getting a pool table for the downstairs all that. Its going to be a pretty sweet deal.


*Shortly after I move in, I have agreed to take my friends 75 lb rottweiler who is leaving for boot camp, he is a big baby, just FYI.

Looking for mature individuals, that want a to stay for awhile. I don't 420 anymore, but I don't have a problem with it if you do. Just not in the house. Nor leaving 420 objects laying around.

The landlord, Petr is one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. He's from the Chezch republic and really really awesome to work with. I do all his car work, he fixes my computers. He pays in beer for random errands all the time.

Your rent will be around 450+ Utilities. Utilities are in Petr's name, no down payments and discount on multiple accounts from utility companies.
