This is for Northeast Georgia Police Academy in Athens. Also try Dekalb in Dekalb tech.
you are either hired on an agency and get paid through. or go in as a civilian and pay 3,000 dollars which will be covered by the HOPE grant and apply once you finish the 12 weeks.
Driving record does play a good role in your qualification too. My advice is to call and ask any questions to either the secretary or academy director.
