Not really just Western life, its REALLY is part of life over here in Germany, Chocolates are filled with alcohol, there are ''Kiddie beers'' which is liek a rootbear with 1% alchy for the children. I honestly think if the legal age was lowered FROM The START it wouldnt be as much as a hastle in the states as it is today. Bc with American culture its looked to as evil and something not to do.
