W2 question

I have just recieved my W2 on adp.com. The company was bought out this year by a franchise company and I have no idea how to get the W2 from the months prior to the change.

I need to know who to contact in Domino's corporate office in order to get my last year's w2?

Will I need to contact the IRS and have them send it to me or will it be sent to me on the 31st or earlier?

They should mail it out to you, it has to be post marked by the 31st. I usually get mine Feb. 2-4, from my employer.

They legally have to send it to you on or before 1/31. Don't call the IRS, they aren't who you call for a W-2, you call your old employer. If you don't get it, pick up the phone and call them and just keep calling until you find the right department. Just tell them you are an employee and need a W-2, large companies get thousands of requests like that a year since so many people move and don't forward mail or they lose them.
