Well you can't always read sarcasm over the computer. It seemed to me after reading it that you were bashing him for something that had nothing to do with his character I.e. living in a mobile home. Anyway, downloading music is ONLY similar to this instance if lets say you use that music you downloaded for a commercial for video that you've used to promote your products and make money/advertise. Personal use is completley different.
