Possibly bc you don't know the diff between being old enuff vs mature enuff. Age only shows how long you've been on this rock... you're older than your teeth and younger than your hair - but a drug user is DEF not "mature" in his thinking... esp if he chooses drugs over employment at any place worth being employed.
