Okay so at all the QTs they say they're hiring. Well I've applied 3 times! And called up there a few times also, but no one ever picks up. Does anyone have any information on their hiring process? Anyone who previously worked there?

LOL. There is no process, its literally what they are looking for. I worked there for 2 years, and from what I know they look at all applications and see if they need you.
