    And it was amazing!!!! Never in my life thought help desk would be fun and relaxing, but I loves it

    Yall need to holla at Chase (for those in the I.T. industry) they treat u well, give benefits and the pay is great no matter what u seem to do.

    First day might be ok. But give it some time, help desk will drive you mad.

    NO, hater boy. If I can tolerate a call center. Help desk is cheese. So no... I was driven MAD in a call center. Fixing stuff is great and i deal with banking equipment and their staff. I'm tier 2 not 1, so I receive no calls. I make the calls, I accept the tickets

    Chase is mainly a northern, north eastern company. Since we just took over WaMu, Chase will be down there. But they are headquartered up here, well, NY.
