    Technical Support job in Suwanee, GA: Automotive and Customer Service

    Technical support position for company specializing in automotive accessories for Jeep. Responsible for customer related product questions, installation problems and warranty claims. Good verbal and written communications skills required. Must be able to work effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and solve problems in a timely manner. Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and automotive parts knowledge. Must be hands-on and willing to work on vehicles as required doing installations. Dealership or parts counter experience is a plus.

    Position Type: Full-Time
    Employee Experience: 1-2 Years Experience
    Education Level: High School
