Fulltime delivery truck driver, i deliver countertops everywhere from macon to cartersville. I make 9.00 an hour driving a 26ft box truck, hopefully getting a raise in a few months. It doesnt feel like enough having to deel with atlanta traffic every single day! Just got married in november so its not enough.... overworked and underpayed

Made anywhere from 35k-60k a year just depended on how much side work I could find.
I have been working at a local pizza shop for the past 3 years or so, make between 10-18 an hour , mostly tax free about 35 hours weekly.
Also have about 10 months left in school , getting an A&P license to work on planes/helicopters or whatever I can get a job doing with it. Just completed fcc avionics training a few months ago.
Lockheed is looking for Avi techs. No one else is really hiring for aviation in the Atlanta area. Hell, half of Lockheed's work force is laid off Northwest and Delta mechs.
yea, I am not by any means counting on staying in the atlanta area. I would work for Lockheed though, many of my instructors spent years with them and I have only heard positive stuff .

Working for a family business, that deals with injection molding and die casting, work a lot with cisco-scientific Atlanta, i work on a program that deal with all our orders and i do some shipping as well. Pay= good enough.
You should see that place the week before the UGA/GT game. It seems like every engineer is a GT grad and all the mechs are UGA fans. It really is funny sometimes.
