I sit on my ass while browsing IA, myspace, and facebook & clean tanning beds all day.

I make 7.50/hr + commission. My commission usually equals my hourly or more. I pull about 300 a week.

    I definately am NOT complaining

yea like me.. I have my associates and two bachelors (1 in accounting and 1 in Management) but you can always get your feet wet early.. like i started working in Accounting since senior year of High school

Currently i'm studying for my CPA exams.. it's ALOT of material and takes ALOT of time.. working full time and trying to study for the CPA is really stressing me

Right now I'm a staff Accountant in a HR consulting firm.. Pay is decent.. def. pays the bills..

Accounting is a GREAT field.. everyone needs an accountant..

I work for Verizon Wireless as a sales rep

my starting base salary pay was $24k per year
my starting commission goal is $12k per year

last year I made $65k, got a 5% raise in hourly to $12.85

this month my gross pay should be about $7200 before taxes, but they tax the hell out of commissions!

not bad for a full time college student who just got married. By this time next year, I'm hoping to get probably a good 20-30% down on a house

I work at Dollar Tree as an assistant manager. I get paid $9.78 and I get bonuses that are taken away by taxes leaving me with about a $5 bonus. Woo!

Interesting - wide variety of jobs on here.

IT Consulting - fun and challenging job. More challenging then fun sometimes but its worth it, and definitely a great career.

Pay is pretty good, you start at ~45k.

Independent Private Car Dealer and also into Investments (Mostly the ones I make with actual people that i know)

Last Year I worked form "home," averaged 10-20 hours per week and brought home a salary that a lot of people would want. I hope to do the same this year but i think i'll have to work more.

I'm certainly NOT "rich" but i do well when it comes to keeping the balance between Family and Career and that's what truly matters.

Same boat here but without the Pharmacist wife. My wife doesn't work. So take what Paul makes and subtract his wifes salary and that's what I make.
Just under Obama's tax plans, thank god. I am hoping to avoid Obama and his "Plans" as much as possible.

I'm a Hydrologic Tech for the Department of Interior. The pay is decent, but not "enough". Hopefully I can finally break through into my true field of mechanical engineering really soon. Then my income should increase atleast $15k-$25k, but the market for entry level engineering has greatly decline due to the economy.

it was funny this year doing taxes... my wife just graduated last may so she had only been working 6 months... tax person said "stop working or have a kid" ; we were like umm... next year should be significantly more. she goes talk to a financial adviser i can't help you then.

mo money mo problems... its nice i've been putting my wife through grad school now we actually got breathing room and should be completely debt free by next year (minus our 125k in school loans = gotta love 1600$ a month )

I own a Premium Denim distribution company. Like others, I only "make" just over $50k/year, but the fact that my Corporate AmEx takes care of the car/gas/eating I do pretty well I think, for being 24 at least.
