    approx. pay? it is help desk... hourly/salary?

    It's level 1 helpdesk, pay is between $25K-$35K depending on experience. You'd be hourly, with no overtime. It's really salary, but for legal reasons your classified as hourly. If you choose to be in the on call rotation you get an additional $250 for each week of being on call. Not sure what shift this is for. Start time could be anywhere from 7AM-11AM. 2 weeks vacation to start, after 2 yrs you get 3 weeks.
