How to write a solid resume?

Ok so I have someone trying to line me up with a entry level position over at Parsons engineering and I do not want to mess anything up.

I need to put together literally the best resume I have ever done before to ensure I at least get an interview.

I know my current resume sucks, I have been told multiple times, but the only experience I have is with the old high school crap, and to say the least that will not cut it anymore.

Pointers, examples, sites, anything will be greatly appreciated. I really do not know what a SOLID resume consists of, and I know there are a few senior members on here that can help me out.

there was someone, i think it was motivation, who wrote resumes, cover letters, etc. hit him up, i always went to my uncle for help w/ mine, but i dont think i could get a good resume out on my own

She hires and fires many people on a daily basis (very picky and professional). And needless to say, I have since received EVERY job position that I applied for. And I am the 2009 Team Manager for a Formula BMW team. And only 23 years of age. ehehehe Grandma raised me right!!!
