Hi, I have a 2500 sq.ft. house I am living in. It is a private ranch that is spacious and nice. It has 3.0 acres of grassy/wooded land, a 60'x20' huge, tiled sunroom, a half basement for storage, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a fireplace, a big living room, and a formal dining room, as well as a family room too! What's even more attractive about this house is that it was built by a man who owned a HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) company. It has mostly brick siding, double insulation, double-pane windows, and everything is electric except for the heater (used only during winter).


The location is right on State Bridge Rd.(Pleasant Hill Rd.) near the hwy 141 (Medlock Bridge) intersection. There is a publix, home depot, target, and regal cinemas right around the corner. There is a kroger, drugstores, and food within 2 miles. It is about 4-5miles from Gwinnett mall, and 6 miles from northpoint mall. It is fairly convienent to I-285 (10-15mins.) using Hwy 141, and about 25-30mins. from downtown Atlanta.


I am a 30yr old male and am living alone at the moment. I have two little kids that will visit me regularly. I am looking for someone around my age. I don't smoke and WILL NOT TOLLERATE DRUGS AT ALL, and I only drink socially. I need someone that is good around kids and considerate of their safety... VERY IMPORTANT.



I am renting out one room, share a full bath and half bath, and the half basement can be used for your storage. There is plenty of room in the house and lots of land to have your own relaxing spot.
