i use forex... i like it. just started a few weeks ago. my buddy has done it for years and honestly is rolling in money. im only in the small market right now, but hes in the big market with tens of thousands of dollars.

I have used TD Ameritrade and Etrade Pro. Both are pretty good. Paper trade for a few months (i suggest this even though you wont do it). All the US based brokers are pretty good. Think iwas paying 8bucks a trade at TDameritrade and the same at Etrud.
All commisions are flexible, after a few months of really heavy trading call them and ask for a lower rate. It can save you alot of money if your a really active trader.
Etrade pro is a good option, or stardard etrade for the less active trader. Etrade also has a decent savings APR, good for storing extra cash in.
