    Im in the process of purchasing a Town Home in RIDENOUR at the intersection of Barret Parkway and Highway 41.

    Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 3 story, 1 car garage, right in the heart of Kennesaw/Cobb County.

    Built in 2003 so its fairly new.

    Im looking for someone between the ages of 20-27, must be stable, good job, not a big partyer etc.

    Rent will be $450 a month plus utilities. Thats a STEAL considering the apartments are going for $1000 for 2 bedroom 2 bath and this is a TOWNHOME.
