    Exactly, but in GA, there is land being developed like crazy. Sure Atlanta, and the metro area are growing, but not as fast as the properties being built.

    In 3 years you will be able to pick and choose even more where/how much to buy.

    To go along with this and not READING. Try Ohio... our market is down so low u can buy most anything u want. Because in the long run, people will return when things are moving back up (in 5-10yrs) Only cuz I live here is probably why I mentioned it but still.
