Guys I understand the Reverend Wright thing makes us all a bit uncomfortable, but if anyone is going to make headway against Obama, its not going to be by attacking his pastor, his wife, or his church. You need to go at his policies and plans.

Like I have said MANY times. Its not JUST his Pastor, JUST his friends, JUST his political advisors. Its when you look at ALL of them that you have to start to wonder what he is really about.


On his policies, those are even easier to attack than those that he surrounds himself with. Higher taxes on oil companies mean higher prices at the pump. Blocking oil companies from drilling domesticlly means higher prices at the pump. Socialist healthcare means higher taxes to cover it. Eliminating the limit on SS taxes serves as a punishment for working hard. Doubling capital gains taxes means lower returns on your investments, this includes your Mutual Funds, IRA's and 401k's.

well said. It scares me to think that young christians are going to vote for Obama thinking that they are helping the poor through christian service and sacrifice, but forcefully taking money from one person and redistributing it to another is not biblical or christlike. Redistribution IS Biblical (Acts 2 :44-45) but is done so through mutual agreement. When one is forced to give charity, it becomes an act done through power and force, which is of course the complete opposite of the cross. Government fundmamentally cannot act selfless because it posseses no self. What it gives it must have taken. What is sacrificed must also be stolen.
