Need a roommate in the Vinings
I am moving to the Vinings in about a month. My mother's friend is moving back to Holland and I am taking over the lease in a 2 story condo. It is 890 a month + utilities. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, beautiful living room. The living room has a 15+ft ceiling and 2 great big windows so most of the day we dont need any lights. I will be providing washer and dryer. Will come with 2 $4,000 Italian Leather sofas and a sorta big screen tv and a few other items in the condo that are needed. The condo sits 20 ft from a nice lake with a track around it.
Here's the kicker....I was supposed to move in with my ex, she was gonna pay half for all the furniture I am buying from my moms friend. I've paid 500 (half) the person moving in will need to pay the other half. If you wish to NOT pay half, you arent allowed to use the furniture...I think thats fair.
I will try and get pics as soon as possible and it is in a great location. Right when u leave the gate, there is a QT.Yea-uh. PM me if interested.

2. Must love dogs
3. If you bring an animal MUST be friendly and house trained!!
4. No smoking inside
5. Must be clean and cleans up after themselves.
