Kind of hard to find someone when they know the terrain and have been creating safe houses for the past 20 years all over the mountianous terrain between afghanistan and pakistan. add in the fact that the pakistani government is basically helping him and you tell me how easy it is to find him. The guy could be dead for all we know.

My statement wasn't about ease nor did I say it was an easy task to complete, but, it is more than safe to say that U.S. forces are much more concentrated in & focused on Iraq. I can't even remember the last time I heard Bush reference Bin Laden. I'll just say, they found Saddam so, I would really hope that the "search" for Bin Laden has the same intensity.

Ok while that may not be the current administration's main objective anymore, what do you think that all the troops in Afghanistan are doing? Yes they are doing other things than just looking for bin laden but don't you think that they are still looking for him?
