What do you mean by a messy case? As in the police determining who was at fault? I'm talking about both students are arguing, student 1 (who is acroos the room) grabs a chair and runs at student 2. Would that be considered up under the"stand you ground" law? If so, then i think when students get into disputes they could shoot one another and get out trough a loophole.
