yea he cut his kids out of a inheritance and gave it to bill and melinda, not that they are hurting or anything both buffets son and daughter are multi-millionaires.

That was in 2006. He's said for years that he would give away pretty much all of his money. The vast majority of it is going to the Gates Foundation but smaller (but still huge) donations are going to, I believe, four other charities.
