most drug tests now also test for the detox and for niacin/protein build ups in the system.

If you're serious about cleaning your system out though, it takes about 2 weeks to get squeaky clean.

1: Cease the sacrament and praise to Jah.
2: Remove yourself from second hand.
3: A detox drink and some Niacin in the first week to clean the blood lipids and urinary system.
4: Daily regimen of multi-vitamins
5: lots of water daily. over 72 fl. oz's
6: exercise to sweat a lot (if you have access to a sauna, that's even better)
7: Pray they don't do hair follicle testing.
