yes sure they do ive got a dispute going on 1 year now for the same reasons over 400 bux. so far paypal as done nothing but suspend the guys account. i look at it like this from now on. once i send the money dont expect sh!t back. an if something shows up in the mail be happy.Originally Posted by simontibbett
