What is everones opinion on the Brian Nichols case? I thought he should have been dealt with 3-4 years ago.

I think it is absolutely retarded that it is being dragged out the way it is. I mean shiit, there were only 30 people in the fuking courtroom when he opened fire. He should be shot on sight IMO.

I agree. The fact that they are even having a trial is a waste of time. He is guilty. There is no question about it and yet they keep throwing money down the toilet trying to both prosecute and defend his worthless a**. And then the judge had to step down over controversy about him saying that Nichols was guilty and that making him biased. WTF??

I dont know why the DA wont take the death penalty off the table and let him serve life.Think about how much money they wasting, he already said he would plead guilty,and serve life.
So they wanna spend millions doing a trial, then spend money putting him in jail till hes appeals are over, keep in mind thats gonna cost tax payers more money.

I think they should accept his guilt plead, put him jail, let him serve 10-15 years then have a inmate shank him in the shower, daves all those millions!!!

Well his whole defense is based on him being in a shocked mental state. Brian Nichols was originally found guilty of rape and sexual assualt. He had plead NOT GUILTY and claimed to be innocent. When they found him guilty-THAT'S WHEN HE WENT OFF ON HIS KILLING SPREE. It was found out after the fact that he was in fact NOT GUILTY of raping and sexually assaulting the women. She came forward and said that she lied b/c he was leaving her and she wanted to hurt him but she didn't think it would turn out like that.

So he may get off if his defense attorney can SWAY just 1 jurer. But I know I'd be terrified if that dude hits the streets as a free man.

Thats complete BS. The fact that his ex is a crazy biitch doesnt change the fact that he shot and killed, was it 6 people, including a judge. I mean people get the death penelty for killing a cop, but a fuking judge? He should have been shot while he was still in the court room.

The fact of the matter is that at the end of the day, whether is guilty or not, (and we all know he's guilty) he still deserves due process just like any other defendant would.

The fact that his crimes were televised do not change the fact that he still deserves the right to a fair trail....Doing anything different would then be in violation of his rights and he could potentially get off on a mistrial, which I dont think would ever happen...

On a sidenote, i wasn't aware that it was found that his ex was lying. Wow.
I think if that was the truth, maybe I would have flipped the fuk out too.
Not saying that he's justified in killing anyone as he isn't but damn, think about what you would do if you were facing life in prison over something you didnt do....But thean again, he could have filed appeals in the meantime............

I was just about to write something like this, and i didn't know is gf was a crazy whore! lol It remind me of that move "Hurricane" I would be pissed too if I was senteced to jail for some bs stuff I didn't do!!
