The fact of the matter is that at the end of the day, whether is guilty or not, (and we all know he's guilty) he still deserves due process just like any other defendant would.
The fact that his crimes were televised do not change the fact that he still deserves the right to a fair trail....Doing anything different would then be in violation of his rights and he could potentially get off on a mistrial, which I dont think would ever happen...
On a sidenote, i wasn't aware that it was found that his ex was lying. Wow.
I think if that was the truth, maybe I would have flipped the fuk out too.
Not saying that he's justified in killing anyone as he isn't but damn, think about what you would do if you were facing life in prison over something you didnt do....But thean again, he could have filed appeals in the meantime............
