they did the same thing in 01. Yah, they will give you the $800, the problem is you have to meet the qualifications, once you meet the qualifications, you get a nice $800 check in the mail.
Come tax time though, they take that 800 out of your refund (if your getting one) It's not free 800 to everyone, it is an advance on your refund. If you wernt getting 800 back, then you will owe the difference. if you owe any taxes right now, you wont get the 800
