trading in car

so this weekend, i wanna go pick up a wrx.

however, i just switched the title to my accord down to my name.

so i dont have the physical title on my for about 2 weeks when they mail it to me.

can i still trade in my accord? or do i still have to wait for the title to come into play.

i was hoping that i could just sign a contract/bill of sales

Most places to trade a car in they want the title when you do paperwork. Been through it twice now and they wanted the title both times.

depends on the dealer.. tell them the situation and tell them you will have the title on the exact date and bring it into them when you get it.. i used to sell cars back home and have done this before.. if you dont.. we have your addy and will come get the car ourselves

either way, they will screw you on the trade in.

buy wrx, then sell accord to an individual.
