julio has to work at racetrac, hed get bored sitting at hime, making money from IA doing nothing lol!
but julio i had no idea you started as PT. thats pretty nifty shit.
some people told me i should also think about being a CT-makes pretty good $ and you can jump straight to 2a from it like you did. i would enjoy being a trainer but im really anxious to be an assistant, and then perhaps an IT down the road. which would you recommend? me being NA or CT first?

But , I dont regret it one bit..
I left, Because RT offered me more money.. and I started hatting Craig hall (not sure if still there)
But I had diffrent bosses while I was there.. I had, Dan Covel, Marc Milburn, Kevin Thorthon, Sharif and Bill barrett who are no longer there..
I worked under Jim Klun and CIndy Runion, Dewey Wagner... not sure if they are still there... My cooler Boss there was Rob Barber, who died in a wreck back in 00 or 01... he was crazy and cool as hell.
But yea, I moved up quick, But came across a man called Craig hall.. That dude ruin my career with them... Im glad RT came along at the right time... and offered me more cheese... But QT was good to me, other then Craig hall..
He pretty much told me I was to young to be A store Manager... 20 years old and put me on MGR coverage.. and then stuck me back in a store as a 1a... Boy oh boy... If It wasnt because of him, I wouldve still be there...
CT was a good stepping stone to learn people skill at a lower level.. I.T was my best position there.. even better then 1a.. One, I was in different places every 2 weeks and made more then 1a's and in some cases more then some Store managers.... and it thought me alot of skills, because you are dealing/training with more serious employees, people who really need the job.. when training clerks, most still live at home, really dont need a job and really careless... , but thats only some...
But just stay on good people side man, and you can make money...
lol. when i worked in the atlanta division dan was my supervisor.Originally Posted by Julio

Ive worked at 804 for a year now. QT is definately a great fall back but not what im looking to do for the rest of my life. Im only 17 and have alot to make my mind up on. If QT opened a new division or plans to within the next few years then I would consider moving to it and working my way up to a supervisor position. It seems like the Atlanta division is just too developed to move up easily.

thats a crock of shit at qt. ive seen so many people i know move up in short periods of time its unbelievable. that would be funny if they ALL knew people. or maybe they are known because they hustle and deserve to move up?
804 is 78 and rockdale right? i lived (and will live soon) 5 minutes from there. and i have worked there before, although my base store was 796.Originally Posted by tylerdru
