    i dont know if this the place to post this but i have a ipaq hx4700 pda thatthe touch screen doesnt seem to be responding t please help

    If you are using windows mobile, you go to the control panel and click on running programs, and then select the program, and click stop.

    If you are running something else.....good luck...
