so my GF was working at this restourant for 2 months, and after a bunch of talking about her paycheck she got paid for one week (after a 5 weeks working already). Then she had problems with the next paycheck as well, so we had to go and chase the owner again, and she got paid for another 2 weeks, at which point she stopped working anymore due to obvious reasons. It's been a week since she's not at work anymore, and we went to pick up money (for the rest 5 weeks), and with pain we got a check only for one week again, which leaves the remaining 4 weeks unpaid.
Now he is saying that he's having problems, but at the same time almost all other employees get paid (about 6 of 'um), and they are building another restourant at the same time.

what should we do, considering the fact that when my GF started working, they delayed her emoloyment papers, so she hasn't filled up any and we suspect that she's been off the payroll on purpose ... All he said was "check back next Friday, and she (my GF) maybe will have a check again.

- make a pain for them by calling the healt department, cause the restourant is dirty as shit, and cockroaches are moving on the plots ... so they get closed down for a while. Or threten them that we're gonna do that ?

- Tell 'um that we're gonna call the labor department, which would be a bigger pain for them to deal with, eventhough my GF is not technically being employed

- beat up the guy somewhere, take his wife/son as a hostage, LMAO

- start doind damage to the place little by little, as somebody else did before by throwing a rock and smashing the front window (last week)
