Use the poor mans land development research. Find out where Starbucks is buying lots and renting spaces. I read that a few weeks ago in one of the business magazines at work. It said they spend more on research in that area than any other company in the country.

Tis true, Walmart, Walgreens, and Starbucks are good ones to look for!

There is a Publix going up in a relatively undeveloped area.. its right at South Fulton Parkway and Highway 92, this area will be developing BIG TIME over the next 5 to 10 years.

The southside is going to be crazy in 10yrs.....That's why I'm investing yO!
